Add all of this music to short lessons on music history and music theory, include a fingering chart, throw in a CD that provides accompaniments for lessons 1 - 71, and you have a book that is clearly the best in its class. We recommend this book (and the optional 2 CD set which accompanies lessons 72 to the end of the book) for all beginning instrumentalists, regardless of age.
